There are almost unlimited free parking places to use while secretly living/working inside a "privatized" car. Unlike with motorhomes and RV campers, one can live undetectable inside a "privatized" car that blends in well parked almost anywhere--what people don't see (recognize) or know about doesn't bother them.
There are locations where one can park without having to be concerned with the information in chapter 10, such as on private property with the owner's permission. However, chapter 10 is about parking most anywhere desired while living/working secretly inside a "privatized' car. Also, since one can generally park almost anywhere for one night without incurring any problems when traveling, the information contained in chapter 10 is geared more toward helping one meet their "semi-stationary" and "stationary" nighttime parking needs.
Picking excellent parking places requires knowledge of the many elements and conditions associated with suitable parking locations, and it requires developing the ability to "read" a parking location/area for visible and non-visible conditions that affect its suitability. The information in chapters 10 + 12 will be extremely useful to anyone beginning to live/work secretly inside a "privatized" car--I just wish I had this information available to me when I began living in cars many years ago.
