CHAPTER 6 UPDATE
Plastic drinking water storage containers are best made of a high quality
type plastic. Low grade plastic can
release molecular contaminants into stored drinking water – most all
filters/purifiers can’t eliminate these molecular contaminants.
The higher the temperatures – the more the possible release of
molecular contaminants from cheap plastic.
The 2.5 gallon gravity filter shown in chapter 6 is made from Lexan, which
is a high grade plastic, thus is an excellent drinking water storage
container.
